FORT ANCIENT RESTORED MACHINERY CLUB

2nd Weekend After Labor Day Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun
Last year, our Club added electric for the vendors
in order for our show to keep expanding and to eliminate individual generators
for safety reasons. We also added our
own Safety Committee to help ensure good safety practices. Please use outdoor
approved extension cords rated for the required amperage, etc. Spaces will be allocated based on power
needs. All standard spaces will be 20x20 feet.
If more room is needed: you may, if available, purchase an additional
space. Please advise when you
submit your application.
The
location of the electric sites will be on the first row, next to the
driveway. These sites will primarily be
for the food vendors who will have first priority. Possibly some minimum
electric will also be in this row. Only
electric users will be in the first row. Non-electric and the rest of the
minimum usage (lights only) vendors will be in the second row.
2009 RATES (all four days)
1. Full Menu Food Vendors $150.00 20x20 space
2. Confectioners, limited food $100.00 20x20 space
Minimum Electric
3. Lights, displays only $40.00 20x20 space
(Crafts, flea market type)
No Electric
4. Crafts, flea market type $20.00 20x20 space
Open spaces may be provided in the 2nd
row for eating areas, if required, but you must make arrangements for tables
and chairs.
We would prefer the booths to be set up Wednesday
evening and/or Thursday Morning,
We want everything to be operational by Thursday
noon. The gates open at 12:00 noon and
paid
attendance starts at 3:00 and events start 4:00. We will close
Sunday evening at approx. 6:00 PM and
would like everything to be removed by Monday
evening.
