The Warren County ARCS would like to invite you to participate in a fundraising tractor ride through rural
Warren County on June 18, 2011. All proceeds will benefit ARCS, which is a non-profit agency providing
domestic violence crisis and prevention services including shelter services, 24/7 crisis hotline, counseling, and
legal advocacy.

Registration will start at 8am and the first tractor group will leave at 9:30am from the Warren County Abuse Victims
Monument located at 500 Justice Drive, Lebanon, OH. Ample truck and trailer parking will be provided next to the
Warren County Administration Building. The 26 mile escorted route will travel through beautiful Turtlecreek
Township with stops at Iron’s Fruit Farm, The Hatfield Inn, and lunch will be provided at Kilburn’s Lodge.
The ride will return to the monument at about 2:30 pm. Case Towing will be providing a free roll back truck
in case of mechanical difficulties.

For safety, passengers are not permitted to ride on tractors unless equipped with a buddy or passenger seat.
Road worthy wagons and trailers are welcome to be towed
behind your tractor for passengers. Slow Moving
Vehicle (SMV) emblems are required by law. In addition, the FARM Club will be towing people mover
wagons for passengers or participants without tractors. Tractor drivers must become a FARM Club member for $10 to
be covered by club insurance or provide proof of insurance.
